Hajar El Moustaassime, painter born in 1993 in the ocher city, Marrakech. Passionate about drawing since a young age, the artist obtained a bachelor's degree in applied art in 2012 and was a laureate, a few years later, of the National Institute of Fine Arts of Tetouan. The artist chose Tangier to establish her studio.
Her approach to art is essentially based around the feminine cause, from which she deploys an intriguing pictorial universe. In the majority of her creations, we often find a chromatic palette favoring ocher tones and bold materials, notably rubber, which she transforms into floral creations.
Hajar's works have been exhibited in numerous galleries across the national territory, and have joined the permanent collection of the Ministry of Culture of Morocco, the Banque Populaire and the Montresso Foundation.
